In Brazil, the telephone company Vivo came up with an innovative idea that featured 100 artists painting 100 public telephone booths. The result? Environmentally interactive booths! Even if phone booths are becoming more and more obsolete, these works of art gives them meaning & brings the booths attention.

Extreme McDonald’s

How would you love to go to this McDonald’s? The franchise in Batumi, Georgia created this amazing modern-looking dome to create a unique fast-food experience. The brains behind this is KHMALADZE Architects, creating a fueling station and eatery hybrid in the middle of the city. This McDonald’s has been open since October 2012 and has become a city landmark.

Inception Phone Booth

Jordan Seller of Public Ad Campaign created great works of art that incorporates New York City’s phone booths. The first installation is located at Spring St and Bowery and features his ‘weave’ pattern. When that was taken down, he installed a photo of that installation, which can continue the installation for as long as he wishes!
