A New Way To Look At Digital Signage

Imagine walking through Times Square and seeing a giant cheetah leaping off the screen and charging directly at you. Terrifying? Maybe. Awesome? Definitely.

Austrian scientists are working at the Vienna University of Technology in collaboration with the company TriLite Technologies to develop a new kind of display with 3D technology, that does not require glasses. It accomplishes this effect by sending beams of light directly to the viewers eyes via a laser and a sophisticated mirror system.
